There is something deep down in those mines and its connected to Superman some how and it doesn't seem to be stopping! The hero of Smallville that sealed the mines might have bought some time but whatever it is, its coming and its VERY strong! Looking ahead to next week's all new episode, we are seeing a good amount of photos that we think are going to cover many of the side plot elements of the show and if we had to guess, whatever is in those mines gets out at the end! We'll see. One thing is for sure though, in these new images from "The Thing in the Mines" Lana is looking quite mayoral! Check out the images below:
