Superman & Lois Episode 6 & 7 Titles Revealed

Zach Snyder's Jusice League Cut, Superman and Lois, Supergirl, this is truly a great time for fans of Kryptonians! We are getting a wealth of new content that is making the Man of Steel and the Girl of Steel very prominent these days! That said, we all should know by now that Superman and Lois is going on hiatus after next week's episode for seven weeks. This was due to a Covid-19 precautionary action and the show will return at the end of the seven week time frame. Looking ahead to those episodes we now have the titles for episodes 6 and 7. They are "Smells Like Teen Spirit" and "Man of Steel" respectively. Episode 6 was written by Katie Sudz Sutherland. Episode 7 was written by Jai Jamison and directed by David Ramsey (famously from Arrow who played John Diggle).

Smells like Teen Spirit smells like more Jordan and Jonathan football drama.

Man of Steel sounds like a better coming back from hiatus episode. I wonder if they will wink at the DCEU MoS big screen release?

I didn't think production was down that long. I'm surprised it will be off for 7 weeks. It was only on for 5.

I am also surprised I have yet to see a preview for Supergirl on CW (linear tv). They are promoting Kung Fu quite a bit and it debuts 8 days after Supergirl's return. Why no Supergirl promotion?

Just a guess, but I think they kind of know what the ratings for SG are going to be regardless of promotion, and they're convinced that hyping a new series will give them more bang for the advertising buck.

Yes, that makes sense. Build interest in the new series. But, there needs to be some fanfare for Supergirl's final season kickoff. The show was its #2 behind Flash for its first couple of seasons on CW and needs some promo love!
